my truck had this issue also, mine issue was the exhaust got to hot( all temp gauges were normal at the time) and had started to melt the wiring harness that runs on the floor right behind the passenger seat under the carpet, mine was so far gone that it actually killed my truck thou, took 6...

ill get some up soon as I can my raptor went down for about 5 weeks, melted the main wire harness ugghhh that was a mess

That sucks my base they really can't require smog because of all the Jets lol

yea its always a plus not to have to worry about that stuff

they are if its for off road use only or unregistered race vehicle, but my rig doesn't require smog as it is not registered here ( I'm active duty) :crazy:

Hey check your ac discharge hoses mine ended up rubbing on the fan shroud and wore a hole through it they put corigated tubing over the rubber hose (on the 5.4) but if it gets twisted to where the slit is it'll cut that hose really quick a new hose is like 85 bucks

That would be awesome, on their website it only is listed for up to the 08 5.4l

I have the 5.4 all I can find from whipple is for the 6.2

I'm up in the air on what to get , should I go with the new front add venom bumper and F-15 dimpler R rear bumper. or a E-force supercharger I have been trying to decide for a couple weeks now and I would like to hear your opinions on the matter.
