In Belgium, a pickup pays a little annual fee compared to a normal car so they are almost immediately considered commercial. Even when it's for private use. And yes, they put you on the scale. They put me twice in 3 years. It's a cashcow for Belgium ;-) Anyway, thanks for the reply
