I ordered once fr $1k over MSRP and even if I could get it somewhere else for MSRP.... Id still order it where I did. But thats because of time and travel.... both of which are more of a hassle and more than the $1k difference. Just gotta pick your poison.
Durango Motor Co. in Durango, CO. They're the only ford dealer in that city.
Talkin to them just incase the truck gets in before I get back from Asia and I need to have my dad go pick it up.... he's 60 miles away in Pagosa Springs, CO. Plus I'll be registering it in CO so it makes it much...
Just got this from a dealer I'm talking to
"Hi Ryan,
I just touched base with my Ford manager. Right now we have five orders that are pending for Raptors. What he explained to me is that the order banks are going to open up at the end of next month. Ford is not given us a certain amount of...
Crikk... Yep, these should be much quieter. What made noise on the led bars were the cooling fins on the back. As for the SVC mounts, they designed them to put the light low in front of the windshield so Its maybe 1.5" above roofline. That was a specific request I made in the design since I...
Alright gents!
After pricing out F-150's vs Raptors.... looks like Im getting a Gen 2 Scab!
That being said... Ill be returning back to the USA around March 1st, 2017. When would be the best time to submit my order so my delivery date would be around that time frame?
Would hate to order...
Considering that test truck had a test/calibration/monitoring exhaust system on it rather than the production version.... this video is pointless.
Plus, lets face it.... who on this board has kept their Stock exhaust? The stock 6.2L exhaust sounded like donkey ****. Tossed a Corsa extreme on...
Anyone see where the end of the frame rails arnt in relation to the grill and lower cross member? Are they shorter than the gen 1 frame horns?
I remember we all had to lop a good chunk off the front of our frames to install bumpers with decent approach angels. Would be nice if they were...
Dont let the door hit you in the ass on youre way out. Bitching and complaining and random ass hypothesis with no backup is how we do business round here. Damn cock gobblin
Ya... the lights come out the the arc bracketry. Not sure whatd be required to put them on a tower though.

Located it in Seal Beach, CA
Well.... time to let the ol' gal go. Heading overseas for awhile and cant justify letting it sit in a storage lot somewhere collecting dust.
Truck has been a 405 Highway queen its whole life despite the Colorado plates (residency thing). Only real desert trips...
Awesome pics! Definitely some differences in there. I was hoping that you could just take off the F-150's front suspension and toss on a bolt on LT kit... but def not the same. Would have to cut off the coil over bucket and replace that at a minimum. As for the rear.... meh... same same type...
If you're heading back, see if you can identify/take any pics of any differences on the frames and power train. Id be really interested in whats truly different outside of the cosmetic stuff.
Maybe... maybe not. I'll know for sure when I can compare a 2017 F-150 and a Raptor side by side. Something tells me aside from cosmetic stuff.... The Frame and power train wont be that drastically different.
If the new 3.5L is available in the 2017 F-150.... Im def going that route! Get me a SCAB with a 6.5' bed nicely equiped for $45k.... then use that $25k I save and go straight to LT and start spanking 2017 Raptors all over the place :P
My vote is SCAB. I currently have a SCREW and before that I had two Crew Dodge 2500's. I can only think of a handful of times that i have ever had people in the back seats of my trucks. Normally its only myself and a buddy or girlfriend. In the event someone is in the back... its cause we're...
Damn oil tycoons! Well... guess that leaves me with no choice but to do that to the F-150 Im gonna get after I sell off the raptor. Then Ill make my own damn video LOL
