    Wait list & MSRP issue

    Any of you guy do a deal where MSRP is the "out the door" price? All inclusive with taxes, doc fee, registration? Or on a high-demand truck like Gen2 Raptor, would MSRP + taxes, doc fee, registration, be considered a "fair" deal? Just curious.

    Based on all the good research here, a viable route is to use one of the recommended dealers here and pay for shipping to your local ford dealer. Seems the most efficient and cost savings route when you consider your time and money?

    Yep... and the non-raptor F150's from 2014 and earlier I just don't like at all. Similar design but the Raptor's from that era are so much better looking, imo.

    Same here.. I like the rounded edges of the Gen1 as well. Both trucks look great. Gen2 seems a bit more aggressive looking with the hard lines but again, not to crazy about the squared off edges but it is growing on me :)

    What about doing the deal over the phone and shipping? Invoice + $1,500 shipping or thereabouts not a bad deal? Save on travel costs and time? My local dealer already offered me MSRP out of the gate so if I can get one and have it shipped under MSRP, wouldn't that be a 'win' ?

    is there a consensus that there's a group of dealers that will negotiate below MSRP deal for a Gen2? All this talk about $10K markups has me wondering? Did Gen1 have this type of hype and markup as well?
