Just throwing this out there... I was looking into a sync 2 to 3 upgrade, and I found a 12inch screen that is android OS that has custom software to make it work with your truck. It looked interesting, although outside of what I really wanted to do. It had the custom bezel and everything included.

the part number didn't fully match up, but I think this is close enough to order for a test to eliminate the front camera as an issue. I just ordered it to try it out.

With them both going out at the same time... I would suspect either a bad module, bad ground, or bad 12v supply... Ground would be the easiest to check.

Great info! I guess the easiest things for me to check this morning once I get up and going is continuity to ground and that fuse... although if my rear camera is working, I suspect the fuse is fine.
