Tell your salesman to make a note on the RO (repair Order) for the PDI (pre delivery inspection) for them not to install the plate bracket, tell them to leave the stickers off while you are at it. This is also a good time for them to not add any dealer accessories (unless you agreed of course)...

its the dealer - mine was upfront that the 37 they had was already sold. Lucky for me I wanted the 35. They were also upfront that they only had the 2 allocations... if dealers know anything its how many of xyz they can get. I would look around
