Thanks for the detailed write up. Great point about the cooling fins, I have never run the XL Sports only XL80s on diferent trucks and always assumed they shared the same light housing. It seems like wiring pairs vice a massive wiring loom for 6 is the way to go.

It woud be awesome to have an XL80 linkable kit for the 2024 Raptor. Is that in the works?

This rack does not. RPG or SVC would be your best bet for that.

The rack sits below the bed rails and a bed cover will fit with the tires out. Once you put the tires into the rack, a bed cover will not come anywhere near fitting.

I have a (4) extra 2017-2018 Ford Factory beadlocks that need a new home. Their condition is 9.5/10. They currently have factory BFG KO2 315/70R17 tires on them but the tires are smoked and only good as rollers or spares. No TPMS sensors I am willing to ship the wheels if buyer pays shipping...

You better go with the +3 HD Deavers with that much weight. The regular Deavers cannot carry that much weight and will quickly sag.

I have a bed cover and one spare in the bed 95% of the time. The truck rides great and the rear end skips a lot less on choppy roads.
