From what I have also read, it's better to go the spring route rather than perch collars as a lot of people who bought the collars did so prior to new springs coming out for the front. Would love to hear from some people that went from collars to springs or vice versa to hear if this is true.
Woot woot! sounds like a good time! Nomad my parents live in Northwest Arkansas, so depending on your city I could make a pit stop down that way from my place in Missouri.
If camping is better at St. Joe, may consider hitting the sand day 1, camping, and then hillbilly the next day just so we...
I'm no mechanical genius by any means, in fact I'm the complete opposite, but from everything you listed above unless I completely misunderstood what you did it seems like some counter physics.
When you take weight away from the front of truck, AKA using a floor jack to lift the front, that...
Hell yeah man! Like I said I'd love to come make a weekend trip out of it. Hit that Hillbilly place on Saturday and Maybe St.Joe's on Sunday. Would be a long trip for me just to come down one day and drive back the same night.
Very nice and good information man! I know it will always be personal preference on this question, but I'm curious on what you guys think...
What company makes the best suspension equipment? I've always heard King is the best, along with Fox etc. Can anyone name the top 4-5 companies that one...
Besides the price, I can't see any downside of going with adjustable correct? Seems like the best choice even though after I have them put on the first time I pry will not mess with them again.
You can tell you were haulin' ass in the video. Defiantly looking forward to trying that place ASAP. I feel like going with buddies would be a lot more pleasant if they were in trucks or even full sized jeeps over ATV/UTVs because that's kinda cheating, haha!
It's sorda like owning a lambo and...
Gotcha! Good information. Yeah I couldn’t agree more about not tearing the hell out of my truck, I like open spaces and don’t want to worry about my side mirrors ending up in the bed of the truck.
Seems like a pretty even battle between Icon and RPG, any recommendations? New to the industry so not really sure what the Nike is of the suspension world
Looks like a complete blast! Shocked it wasn’t busy for a weekend. Same as RDFTS I’m pry 4-5 hours away but would pry make a little weekend trip to go to the park a couple days in a row.
I’m trying to be realistic with myself with how much off-roading I’ll do. I of course WANT to go often, but realistically? Pry not a whole lot. As in 1-2 a month if I’m lucky, and it would only be local wide trails, nothing crazy.
