U can just buy the spacers and use factory bumps which (see pic of mine) is better than nothing. Depends on how hard u off road if u need full bump stop kit.

Got my RTT stored and accessible for 1 person (me) to take on and off. 4 hooks 2 straps. I did use 4 ratchet straps to lift it up, just using 2 to store it.
My guess is you would be good with option 1. Currently mine sits at 1.25 to 1.5 in of rake depending on what I'm carrying. I have a roof top tent that weighs another 100lb and when that's loaded on with a cooler and other camping stuff I sit level to nose high. Hard to tell from garage pic but...
I like the orange color, new suspension, and 37s and better exhaust sound. If I can get that in a Base or 801a with out adm I will be trading up from my 18.
