The solution we developed for mine are specific to Raptor Retrofits. Are the ones you bought made by someone different? I did nothing to the ballast.

Haha have the issue fixed on mine. There will be no more moisture ingressionn on mine. Yes I am keeping them.

They are Raptor Retrofit and the base light is a 2013.. They are improved way beyond what Ford does.

Just sent an email with pictures of the evaluation of the moisture induced failure by a person very qualified and does this type of thing on a routine basis. My lights are back up and burning BRIGHTLY once again!! The support provided by Dawson has been nothing short of exemplary..

WAX is fine to use... None of the products you have listed are WAX.. These are simple vinyl stickers nothing more nothing less.

You can always just use "WAX" on the sticker...

Looks like the frame for that cooler is blocking about 10% of your prime flow area for the rest of the heat exchangers.

Well after talking with Dawson and determining that he feels worse about this than I do am going to help try and get to the bottom of this issue. It is something that can be fixed. Decided to go this route because Dawson is a good guy and his lights are the best for our application.
