Wilson--No Big Deal LOL! When replacing tires always go with as a rule of thumb a load rating equal to what will be required for your vehicle. Example of not doing this would be to run a load range d tire on a 1 ton truck. This will be fine if you NEVER haul a load that would need Load Range E...
WOW cannot believe you posted this! Everybody here knows what to do in that situation but are not wanting to hurt your feelings!
Get a good leather dog collar and put it on the wheel and tire after you remove it from the truck. Then put a leash on the collar and roll it down the street and...
What were the terms of the shipment from the person who did the coating? Were they FOB? Look at the contract even if it is online to see who is responsible.
Nope--will not fix it. Mine died as well but was in the first 36k. One reason i am getting rid of this one after the new 6.2 come out for GM. Too many issues that should not have died---love the truck but it has issues that is for sure.
This one is with respect to tires is an easy one. No matter what any well meaning person tells you they are 100% dead wrong when they tell you to use the “tire pressure on the door” WHEN you are running other than the factory installed tires period end of discussion…. The reason is simple—for...
Dubbs you make good points. Mine is a highly modified 2011 and is getting more and more miles even if it is no longer my DD. Will not be keeping it till the next one come out if it does because of the mileage issue. The engine as I have said before is what is scaring me. I will not buy anything...
Ok----going to say it!
if you are going to keep your truck more than 3 years you are an idiot for keeping the go fast stickers on esp the darker colors!
Throw rocks and flame me till your lips gets tired but I speak the truth.
I am getting a Chevy High Country when the 6.2 is avail. Then in 2015 or 16 when the NEW body style Raptor is out will get one depending on the engine. No interest in getting another existing body style Raptor.
Miles drive my trading plans. This one has been fun and still is--love it just...
Texas has more trucks than Cali. Last trip to Cali last fall confirmed this. Yes there are quite a few but not more than Texas.
Doing our dead level best to keep the Cali nuts out of Texas. They are like bulls in a china closet what they don't break they shi# on!
I think a lot of it has to do with the 6.2 motor. That being said going from 3 to 5 a day will help ease demand of the Raptor. Maybe not everywhere but here in the truck capitol of the world it will.
They all float at a certian speed. Depends on how high yours is sitting and the tires you are running. With the bigger tires and sitting higher mine gets fun at much higher speeds than you are talking about. At 75 mine is Solid....

Read this and it may speed up my plans to sell the Raptor. With the 6.2 not being available in the new Chevy yet it seems that the Raptor is picking up the slack. When the 6.2 does become available in the Chevy and Ford continuing with a higher production of the old body style trade in values...
Have driven mine at these speeds and it is not set up top run like that. Tires are just one thing you have to worry about. Mine was run on stretch of long straight desert hwy in NM. Vehicle is not real happy running that fast---bottom line is tire for running 130 on the pavement are not good for...
Saw on the BD web site where they claim to have the farthest throw in the industry..... Interesting to say the least. The price of the lights don't bother me but the mounts -- that does not bother me. The mounts look like ass. A light that finished and a 1.99 mount. They need to market the...
