    I would do an oil change now and send a sample of the current oil to Blackstone-labs for a test. If it comes back contaminated, you have actual evidence to give the dealer and push for an extended powertrain warranty. If the oil report comes back clean, you have peace of mind.

    I’m in NC. My Raptor has zero rust after 1 year and 13k miles. My 2015 F150 has zero rust after 9 years and 220k miles. My 2017 JKU Rubicon is a literal rust bucket with 80k miles on it.
