Behind grill 30" LED bar, bumper 20" LED bar, fog lights dual pods, 4.5" Hood cannons...That's a good start...
Maybe a light rack...That's a job for 2014RubyRed !!
I have already a pair of sidetracked pod lights in the bumper, but thanks 2014RubyRed !
So you guys just bolted/screwed your lights in the plastic ? I was thinking of fabbing a mount but I need to know if there's some piece of metal behind the valance I can use as a mount point
The...
Hello Guys !
Quick story : I had a good deal on some VisionX light cannons that I couldn't refuse, and now I'm wondering where I could mount those fancy lights...
I'm not a big fan of the hood mounts, altough I know this is surely the best spot for the cannons...
I was wondering if...
So I know this question has been discussed a lot of times, but well I couldn't find a clear answer so...
I'm gonna drop some Fox 3.0"s on all four corners, and also Rogue UCAs, spindles, double shear tie rods and Deaver +3" on the rear...
So does anyone know some good alignment specs for this...
Don't get me started lol...Well it's been in my mind for sure, maybe next year I will go for a dual mount upfront...
But for now, this is already a 6k$ order, and I have another 7k€ for a set of Fox 3.0" on each corner plus the 2.5" bumpstops...And a custom bumper in building process...and a...
Christmas day !!!
Many many thanks to 2014RubyRed CrownOffroad and Jimbo ! It's been a long wait since November when we started talking about that...
I also confirm that Rogue is not joking about packaging, took me almost one hour to open everything lol...
But you guys sucked on one...
I just fabbed up a support for the tank and it's bolted to the compressor support. I just had to make a little trim to the grill so it does not rub against the tank
Dimensions of the 1Gal (3.8L) tank : (Longueur x Largeur x Hauteur) : 273,7 mm x 151 mm x 190 mm
maybe you could fit a bigger...
Some pics for you of the install...I ran the air line along the frame and trough the floor, right next to the rear seats, you can see the quick fitting on the last picture, laying close to the yellow tool box...That way the quick connect fitting is protected from dust and rust...
I bought mine in France
Achetez ARB - COMPRESSEUR ARB CKMTA12 12V au meilleur prix chez Equip'Raid
549€ and 25€ shipping to my door, then I can send it to you if you want...Don't know how much it would cost to send it to you but it won't be so expensive I think...
There are 2 or 3 more...
Haha well let's just say you'll get what you pay for...But your Viair P450 is already 250€, which I find is a lot considering the low performances...Just add another 250€ to the basket and go for a CKMTA12 like I have...It's powerful but not so big, like 30x30x15cm, so it could fit below your...
That Viair compressor is a bit weak IMO...Data sheet says a maximum of 40-45 Liters per minute, where the ARB CKMP12 is around 60-65 LPM...
My compressor (CKMTA12 with twin cynlinders) is up 150 LPM and I find it already a bit slow when it comes to inflate all 4 tires...With the Viair, you...
for large tires like we have, I would suggest a ARB compressor, I have a CKMTA12 under the hood with a small VIAIR tank...
But maybe in your case you need something more "portable" like the CKMTP12 (or CKMP12 but it would be a little bit too weak IMO)...
Painting would be too weak for sure...Powder coating is the way to go...
I would even consider LineX'ing both bed and the rack, LineX is tough as f*ck, I had my bed sprayed more than one year ago, and it still looks like new, even after the hard conditions of morocco !
