    method standards... Bought a new set. long story short. couldnt balance my tires, thought it was the wheels, bought a new set, still couldnt get them to balance, tried a different shop. turned out being the balancing shop was doing a terrible job. and now i have an extra set.

    Deaver rear leaf springs

    Heads up on Deavers with bump stops. The leaf pack bolt in the rear will rub on the RPG bump stop mount. you have to remove the bolt. A representative at deaver told me it is fine with out the bolt http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f9/deavers-rpg-stage-2-a-31474/

    Method Standards

    Have 4 17" method standards. 2 have a dent. You cannot see the dent just looking at the wheels, it must be spinning on a balancer. Great for spares. Now $100 each located in west texas. going to TRR

    CPR, im interested. Never done deep water crossings before. Hopefully the water stays on the outside! Will we be camping? I know nothing about permits and all that. Maybe check with treypal and see if there is any paper work we may need.

    5 star performance tune will keep it in gear longer. actually stays in gear and helps slowing down. eco-mode tune from 5star is similar to stock. but shifts quicker

    i used motionx on my ipad simply because i have an ipad and it is cheaper to buy a $1.99 app vs a gps unit. I wish ford sync would allow you to upload a course or trail to the stock nav!!!

    My left front passenger speakers rattles!! I was thinking about replacing them with some higher quality speakers ($50-$80) a pair. Replacing both front and rear, but dont really want to fork out the $$ for an amp. What speakers do you recommend for the stock 700watt (haha!) system?

    mine used to do that. I think if you tighten the lower shock bolts (blue) it will go away. im not sure how tight to get them. I think ford says 411 ft/lbs but i had a guy with a snapon 1/2" electric impact crank on mine for 10 seconds or so. If you search the forum there will b several...
