    Idler pulleys on each side of the alternator were replaced and still have the issue... I thought that was going to solve it but no. Seems louder underneath the truck but hard to tell for sure.

    Tranny fluid leaking?

    Just an update. I should have looked up, waaaay up. It was the power steering fluid reservoir leaking at the bottom hose. Clamp was loose. New clamp, some fluid and I'm good to go. Thanks guys!
