Yeah I’ve been following EV west for a long time. Cool idea if you can make it play nice with the rest of the rotating accessories, transmission, ECU, etc. Someone has done an f150 conversion commercially. Can’t remember who. Range was an issue, and ground clearance, but it was cool.

I do think that in these trucks, giving up any torque is a bad idea—they're trucks! So, the 6.2 is going to win there almost all of the time, and then with a blower you'll be making big fat torque even lower in the power band. You don't need 7,000 RPM in a truck, IMO. Eibachs are a linear fixed rate, Geisers are progressive, like stock. I have had Eibach fixed rate springs on other vehicles, and I would expect them to be stiffer when going over moderate bumps, but how much I don't know. I like the ride of the Geisers on road. Less brake dive than stock ...

I run Geisers on low perch. Sits 1.5" higher than stock, so similar to mid-perch with stock springs. Much better feel on and off road. A friend had the Eibachs, which I believe are a fixed rate, not progressive like the Geisers. They were MUCH stiffer. Felt harsh to me.

Full Race Radiator over the weekend. When it's 110 outside, the temp won't get over about 200, and when it does, it quickly settles back to 190-195 with the stock thermostat. The only reported instances I have read about oil pump gear failure were with people standing hard on the throttle, creating major wheel hop, which shocks the drivetrain, creates crazy harmonics and shatters the oil pump gears. Not common, but it has happened to a few unlucky people. I...

Yes. They are weak, just like the stock IWEs. If you want those, you really already have them. Just plug your vacuum source—done! Ran mine like that for a year.

R1 brakes, bleed with new Amsoil fluid, delete IWEs...found a small hole in a CV boot and patched it with E6000 (to be continued).

Sweet! You have to live with someone else's mods for a while, but so what. Change what you like when you can afford to do it—easy driven supercharged gen 1 with 24k miles is HARD to find! Enjoy!
