Did you ever try anything? My truck was showing 235°-240° pulling 2 waverunners at 75mph. The ambient temp was 98° and elevation around 1200ft. Without pulling a trailer I am seeing temps up to 225°.

Same here at 15,000 miles I had oil dripping out of my intercooler pipes when I swapped intercoolers.

If you installed the turbosmart BOV make sure that the CEL eliminator is making contact. Mine did not even cut through the wire cover. I had to solder mine.

It’s not required. I am also installing the SVC frame cut Baja bumper so that’s why the bumper is removed.

My gen1 had a clunk like you describe after I went to top perch, and it ended up being the lower shock bolt. Tightened it up and it went away. If I remember right it was only like a 1/4 turn and that made the difference.

It could also be that the lower shock bolt needs to be tightened more. The torque spec is 400+ ft-lbs.

The stock shocks do not have a schrader valve. If it is like the front you can install a valve. The front shocks call for 200psi of nitrogen not sure on the back. You might check with SVC they send out schrader valves with the CAS front kit. They might have them available for the rear.

I have this SVC one on order. It is not on their website. They have a intercooler kit being finished and they also have a bracket for the ACC. It is a frame cut. Fits a 30" light bar

If I needed to switch back to the stock spring perch I would have to discharge the shock to remove the SVC adjustable perch.

If you could get some height measurements, that would be awesome. I have the SVC perch now and I am thinking about running the perch on the lowest setting with the Geiser springs. I don't want to discharge the shocks again.

The spanner fits, but you can not adjust it with the shock on the truck. There is no way for the top of the coil spring to rotate.

Mine is doing the same. I figured out mine is missing the rubber snubber on the passenger side of the lid.

Here is mine at those measurements. It is almost an inch taller in the front. I am planning on lowering it down a little because it rides a little stiffer than I want. Also, when I hook up a trailer or load stuff in the bed it is very noticeable.
