Just fixed this. My part was CC and it worked like a charm. 40 bucks shipped and it was back ordered, but it only slowed it down 6 days. Annoying because the window wouldn’t roll up, but at least it didn’t take weeks and weeks like I thought it might.

I’m just having this issue as of today too. Rear passenger window rolled down won’t go back up. Dumb. At least after reading this I know it’s prolly the master switch stuck open so I can point them in the right direction. Sounds like a poorly engineered piece.

Agreed. Along those lines it would be nice for the phone keypad to be accessible while driving also. That gets blocked out and then what, you just grab your phone anyway. It’d be safer to have it just show up. I’m surprised there’s not a way to change this in Forscan…

So truck shipped 2/13 and hit final train depot today, a day earlier than the CSX automated system originally said. It did land 3 hours later than message said, but that’s a huge win. Now - gotta see how quickly we can get it picked up from depot. Dealer says they usually know 1-2 days before...
