I ran +2 deavers before my current set up and it sat pretty much stock height. I had eibach coils and the +2 and the front still sat a little taller. Deaver claims the +3 is 1" of lift meaning 1" taller than stock

+3 with extended shackle sits at stock height
+3 with stock shackle sits 1 inch taller than stock
+4 with extended shackle sits with 1" of lift
Extended shackle coupled with longer shock will give you more droop travel
That had always scared me too..im afraid of spreading the tapered hole to big and causing damage..the ball joint is tapered so it has like a wood splitting affect to the aluminum steering spindle..always worried about it..want to do aftermarket suspension asap with fabricated steel...
They are in texas so there was no tax and I have a commercial address so they waived the 200$ freight charge..so i considered that as my discount..they were right at 1400$ like 1435$ I think

I was shooting for daily driver aswell. Its got seam sealer and sound deadening pads all over to drown out the noise. Just don't have much time to work on it these days. Became to busy with a welding business. Work on everyone else's projects and it leaves very little time for my own.. kinda...
