Everyone who has changed the plugs has reported it fixed the issue and no one has reported it coming back, myself included.
By all means, sit on your thumbs and wait for the techs at your Ford dealership to get stumped, then Google what to do and find this very thread. They'll change the...
No we can tell when some horse shit is being pumped on the board. When a product is good, you don't need to pay anyone to pump it. You guys just know Whipple is the real deal and you are trying to talk up your product and say some lame ass piggy back box you bought in China and private labeled...
After that big group buy - one thing you haven't seen in here is a person with a negative experience or disappointed with the kit.
That should speak volumes on its own. It's the real deal.
If you guys want another group buy, someone will need to get off their ass like Toadster did and set it up with Whipple. Either that or pay full price because it's worth it. Whipple probably won't run another IMO.
Replaced the Tesla for a 18 Porsche Panamera 4S, which I just happily smoked a new Camaro SS in hahaha
Racing someone in the Raptor is fun because for a big ass truck on 37s it hauls ass with the Whipple kit
I raced my friends 2014 Audi A6 3.0 supercharged from a dead stop last night. Sport mode, 4A, no brake boost launch just gunned it. Dead even from 0-75mph !
Keep in mind I have 37s on my truck. Heavy ass Baja TA Projects too. Beast mode !
Guess what ?
None of the people with hesitation issues had any type of misfire issues or anything that comes up in logs.
New plugs fixes the problem. Why? Who fucking cares. Because new plugs solve it.
Let me guess, if a light bulb in your house burns out- do you get a fucking...
Exactly. The guy is a dipshit and wasting bandwidth on the forum.
Why even post here and get opinions?
Either change the plugs or get the f**k outta here
Bro
It's the plugs
As proven to fix the issue here on this forum, and other ecoboost forums.
It takes 20 minutes to do. What is the problem with changing plugs? I do not follow your logic here. Worst case, you end up with new fresh plugs. If it continues to have the same problem...
Same here. As I've added miles the transmission and power delivery have only improved, vs getting used to the tune.
If you are spending the kind of money a Raptor is, what's a few extra bucks to make it drive 20X better than stock? Don't waste money on an exhaust or anything else, just tune...
So many of us have said just swap the plugs to 542s and gap at .025 and it will fix the problem. Why you refuse to just do it and come up with excuses to not do it is a bit strange.
Did you change the plugs?
My truck did this same thing, and when I put the new plugs it, it fixed the issue. With the Whipple tune there is zero stutter/hesitation at all. It just rips
I've literally shit things with a higher Mhz speed than this fuckin "booger tune". Based on the specs alone, i'd suggest looking elsewhere as it can't even process a game of Pac Man let alone the motor and accelerator pedal voltages of a passenger vehicle.
I don't even trust these dumbass...
I have an 18 and rear suspension sucks ass.
Went with RPG stage 3 (Deavers +2 and Fox IBP bumps) and it's WAY better. The rear suspension is just like any other truck, crappy leafs and a 2" block. Very weak for a truck at this price point !!!
