With minor trimming and RPG perch kit I have zero rubbing. Full turn. Coming out of a sloped driveway at full turn and no issues
I'm sure offroad if I beat it hard enough it'll rub. In that case I'll move to the next step if need be
I made the plunge and just bought 37s, BFG KM3s. You will need to do some trimming, also 3" perch collars I believe are necessary. I have method wheels with zero offset as well.

The IWE issue can be diaphram that sits in line on the IWE vaccum line. Realizing this is an old post so you prolly have found the solution by now but in case you haven't there is an updated diaphram per a TSB
I'm running squadron Pros on SDHQ mounts and didn't notice any extra wind noise. I like the look of a little more compact light over the XL80s, Squadron Pro still provide a lot of light output
