I have lots off off road experience, I'm doing it to learn more about the truck and all of its advanced technology. What all of the different setting change and when to use them. Lots of cool things on this BAD ASS truck.
And I'll get to spend a fun day with my 30 year old son.
I towed the boat yesterday. I measured it before and after hooking up. It dropped 2 inches. I slid the boat back on the trailer 4" and gained about a ½", that put it at 1.5" sag. Still towed the boat great, so I'll leave it like this for now. I could slide the boat back more but I don't want to...
Job done, and they are awesome !!!!
I had the 4 new Geiser springs installed yesterday.
I carry around about 740 lbs of tools, parts, roller tray, and Dimondback cover. She was squatting pretty good.
The new springs raised the front about 1⅛" and the rear up 2½". Now my truck is perfectly level...
*The fitment, the seal looks to be perfect, mounted right up.
*Yes I wired them to the Upfitter switches. #5 and #4 is my backup lights, so it.s easy to hit both at the same time when needed.
*As for brightness, they are small lights so I would think that in a dusty situation they could be...
I've had 7 vehicles on the app, in the last 5 years. with the other Vehicles, after sitting 3 or 4 weeks I would get the - "Your Vehicle is in deep sleep mode" Now with the new 2023 Raptor I'm getting it all the time. And it happens minuets after I shut it off and get out of the truck. I blame...
We had to heat up the the bottom of the front fender flares and push them up, in order to slide the XL cover boards forward to where I think they need to be. When my steps where shipped they had the wrong brackets in the box. He said the bracket were for a GM truck. So after a bunch of BS phone...
I just put the Power step XL on my 2023 Raptor 37 on Monday. I will try to post pictures. The wife used them yesterday for the first time and really liked em. My truck is loaded up with about 740 of cargo and cover, so it is sitting pretty low already. The XL steps drop down 3" lower so they...
I have the same question about the steps. I will be installing mine tomorrow, I turned everything on in the dash with ForScan and hoping I can control them from the dash also. I have the options up on the Sync screen.
Yes I think I would. The cover looks beefy like the truck. I put some smaller clip in tie-down hook on mine and have already used them. I also made a mechanism to lock the rear latch when the tailgate closes, so I don't have to use the key to lock and unlock that one. I did really like my...
Also I wired 2 separate relays trigger wires up to 1 Upfitter switch, so I can split the load from the 6 light in half, 3 lights on each relay, and only using 1 Upfitter switch to control them all.
I just installed a Relay box on mine. There is another really good thread a guy stated, he did a great job with his post, and his project.

A option to think about in your design for the strobe feature, is a remote controlled on off switch. It might be a nice option for some that do not want to run the wires all the way up to the cab. There are several of them out there, this one might even fit inside the 2" receiver hitch.
Can't wait to try it.
My wife and I went through each step one by one again. And comparing the rest of the code to my factory code from that other link. Some were not matching the full factory code. This is very stressful to be changing thing, hoping I don't screw anything up.
Thanks for...
