That is a really nice DIY harness! I searched the connector type, and the retailer I found the 12 way connector on states its only rated at 13 amps per contact. Upfitter switches 1&2 are rated for 15 amps. None of my lights are above 13 amps, but its something to consider.

I would be worried as to why you need a 25A fuse when Rigid says you only need a 15 amp. Where is the extra draw coming from? Unless that 15A fuse was just weak. Are you running more than just this light bar on this circuit?

How How much higher does the Alternative Offroad mount sit? I dont mind drilling some holes in the SDHQ mounts if they do infact sit significantly lower. May just order both mounts and see what I like better.

Just checked. They have dates all the way until the end of September, nothing for October yet.

Awesome. Sounds like they added more dates since I last looked a few days ago. When I looked, the last date they had was September 6/7.

Just got a reply from them. They said, "There will be some more dates that go later into the Fall." I will be looking to go somewhere between September 15th and the end of October. Got to factor in deer season also.

I am currently looking for dates in Mid September-October, but they do not have any listed. Anyone know if they are planning on offering any during that time? I am on a ship and will not bet getting off until the first week of September. I am waiting for a reply from them about future dates. Thanks

I have a 2020 with the 1FG. After install I also noticed that one side stuck out a little further than it should have. I loosed up all the clamps and insured I had inserted the pipes all the way in. Turns out I had not.
