Has anyone installed a Builtright (or any brand really) dashmount on their 2022? I pulled the trim apart and there is only one radio mount bolt on the passenger side (none on drivers side) where the kit attaches to. There is also nothing to thread a bolt into :|
Anyone know if ceramic coating the exterior of the windshield has the same heat protection as film? My installer is recommending instead of film, I guess he was getting some complaint about imperfections
New tires put on today and its 95% better thank god, was driving me absolutely looney.
Is it possible the last 5% I'm feeling is just the feeling of All-terrain tires? Again, I'm coming from the car world and just want to get this things 100% before any modifications.
Thanks!
Old vs New tires
I come from the car world, I have a lot to learn about trucks haha. This is on the priority list for the weekend. I will update the thread so that if some other uneducated owner comes along they'll can learn from my trials.
Going to flush the PS system this weeeknd thank you.
Gen 1 with no lane keep, kinda glad haha
I have stock KO2's, wouldn't every Raptor have this problem then?
My hunch is that it's either the power steering or a wheel bearing. I have a 2000 Audi S4 which commonly have wheel bearings go out...
Thanks for the input. The tires were just rotated before I picked the truck up, so I don't have a before and after feeling. I'll definitely try that as a first attempt to fix.
Attached pics of the K02's
Just picked up a 2014 SCREW with 58k miles on it and I've come to notice an annoyance. When in DEAD center going straight, the steering wheel feels smooth. However, when I turn slightly left or right, I get a buzz/vibration in the steering wheel. It also seems to be worse when the suspension is...
the RPG rear raceline bumper with dovetail is already in the plan. My problem is figuring out what do to first for max benefits, thinking of getting the stock 2.5's re-built and adding some deavers and bumpstop
Went to a place called Hidden Falls Adventure off road park, the Raptor was definitely out of place, but it was my first time off road with the truck and it was a blast. Did a little camping afterwards too.
