I have a 2018 Leadfoot without the step, and I think I would like one with the step. Anyone have the step and want to trade? I do have a spay-in bedliner. I don't remember if the tailgate is sprayed.
I feel like this should read, "Exhaust and intake make zero hp on a[n] [un]tuned truck."
A tune will increase your horsepower. You can benefit from the potential gains of increased airflow and exhaust with tuning. I don't think adding a pretty cai, or a catback will do much for you...
So I just finished installing the LMI rear seat lift, in preparation for a new system install.
Some notes about the LMI kit.
Build quality is pretty good. Solidly built stuff, and it even looks pretty good. There is a textured powder coating that mostly matches our interior. Install was...
I called and spoke to nav tv and they said balance and fader should work. I wonder if it only works if you use the rca out instead of the fiber out.
Josh
If you just use the two channel, you are going to lose balance/fader/sub control from the radio.
I'll keep updating as I discover stuff, but it is slow going from me. It took me like a month to complete the ambient lighting retrofit, and it should have taken an afternoon.
I didn't see that we branched off into another thread (http://www.fordraptorforum.com/1266060-post25.html).
What I said in the other thread was:
I just found this piece yesterday and called them. At present this is the only option for B&O amplified systems.

I just found this piece yesterday and called them. At present this is the only option for B&O amplified systems.
BBLV yes and no. The new B&O amp uses serial USB to get digital audio from the sync 3 APIM to the amp. So, it would honestly be possible to harvest the audio. But someone is...
No tin foil will not work. You would probably need to find someone that has done the wavelength research for the FM band (if FM is where you're having the problem). I would think chicken wire would probably do it. Now if you start reading on faraday theory, you will find ton of argument about...
If this is true, you could build a faraday cage around the ballast of the bulb and it would probably fix the problem. I don't have the problem, so I can't test it out. If someone near the Augusta area is having the problem, I can try to fix it for you.

I have a Pixel 2 and can use Waze while using Android Auto, and it runs smoothly. Android Auto also runs fast. I can listen to Pandora, Spotify, and the Sync music (AM, FM, Sirius) while using Waze in AA. And it all runs fast... However, it is very buggy. Sometimes my phone calls get...
Well, it's too far to go from Atlanta. Sun Busters, in Augusta, GA. The guy that owns it is named Bobby, but he has a guy named Jon that works for him, that is a master of his craft. I would think there would be a lot of options in Atlanta though.
Josh
I saw your other post. If I change the downpipe I am keeping the stock one to go back to stock if I need to. Sorry. If I ever find that junkyard Raptor for parts, I'll try to snatch downpipes for you guys.
If you know of a capable tuner with a Dyno within a state or two of Georgia, I would order the parts and head there. I wonder if Eric Brooks is doing anything with Ecoboosts.
Can't go around the water box. Barriers on either side.

I was dead hooking in 2WD. Why 4A?

If I continue to mess...
What RPM are you leaving at? Thanks for posting your data and doing the stock tune runs first. Did you datalog? Any idea what boost level you're leaving at?
Before you turds start in with the:
It's an off-road truck.
You're going to explode the tires and die.
You should have bought a coyote truck to go fast.
etc
You should get really angry because I use the Raptor to tow another car to the track. I am just having fun, and I don't really care...
