I would just put a strip of vinyl in the gaps. really easy. You will have to slide your bed back to get the gap between the bed and the cab. You MAY be able to shove a strip back there too if you have really tiny hands. Buy some vinyl and put it on the truck to test... you will love it...

The ebay ones are 3M vinyl. You should hit them with a heat gun after you install and never use high pressure on it. I wrapped my whole truck and you shouldn't do high pressure on that either. Heat will not affect it, basically to set the vinyl you should use a heat gun and get the temp...
