Yeah, it's just semantics really - not every vehicle make/model out there has a "resonator" in their exhaust system (although cats and mufflers are standard) as well.

Not sure why everyone is getting worked up over not giving out personal info at the scene of a crash (?). The other party's vehicle/name/insurance should be listed on the vehicle crash report (assuming there was one completed due to the damage mentioned).
Just let the insurance company know...

marcj33 - Additionally, make a run up to Sportbike Track Gear in Shelby Twp (26 Mile and Mound Rd) and those guys will get you properly fitted for a helmet (they cater to motorcyclists but have access to plenty of lids that can be used for offroad motorsports as well).
^ No worries, I totally got what you were saying. :) Wasn't directing my post at anyone in particular, was just making more of a general observation when it comes to "exhaust sound" threads on message board forums.
FWIW - Be sure to post up a video after you do the resonator delete mod.
