    Black high temperature silicone, that’s fuel resistant also. you just have to wait till it dries or you put self tapping screws in that have flat heads , no way their pulling in, plus they seal. I went the silicone route.

    Mine did not, they just swell inside the plastic and they shake loose hopefully you had the same. Yeah Whipple’s willing to replace the tube but I don’t want any rivets going in my intake tube.

    I’m pretty sure you got lucky because mine came loose also and the pins are stuck in the plate so when the plate falls the pins go with it! If you found the plate and there’s no pins in it I would be worried! Bogus design
