I checked both CVs and all the areas around this line and it seems to confined to this line.

I was being a girl and swapped out my skid plates (thanks Wicked!!!). and I noticed what appears to be a leak. Or possibly road/engine grime? In any case, what is this line and is it a problem? Thanks for any input.
