The damn thing broke on the drive into the pit. It won't hold a charge and is just crappy in and of itself. It's going back to REI today for an exchange (or possible refund). I think I got some OK videos (none of the race), but I'll check the memory card today. If I got anything, it's not...

Got home late last night. Baja was a blast and totally blew away any expectations I had. I have a ton of pics and videos and I'll start filtering some in as I have time. It was amazing.

Drove through about 450 miles of snow storm. But in San Diego now with the pit gear. Crossing at daylight and hoping for bola before dark tomorrow.

Going down to baja to work with Treypal at the locosmocos pit. Have to drive through a blizzard to get there, but it will be worth it! Lots of updates to come.

Installed BD 30" onx lightbar. Started loading thetruck for Baja 1000. Headed down to SoCal tomorrow and then crossing Monday morning.

Ordered the 30"/4 cell Onx lights today in a diffused/spot/spot/diffused confguration. Ordered amber lenses for all 4 sections as well as the clear lenses. Should have in a couple days. Can't wait.

Very cool. I love the minimalism. I had problems with bending and flatening the bottom of my bed, so I chose a way to get the cargo elevated. The truck is going on the most hardcore offroad activity it's ever seen in a week. So, I'll report back on the durability.
