    As long as you keep the overall diameter of the tire the same, or very close, the wheel size doesnt matter. So you dont need a level to fit 35s on 20s. Personally I wouldnt go bigger than 18s but then again I plan to offroad mine.

    I just talked to my local dealer about this (in western WA). $1490 installed. They quoted me 3 hours for install at $185 an hour. Seems high to me.
