    The owner's house is 'around the corner' from me, but on the water...pretty amazing property. Dude must get a lot of takers on those sorts of prices. Those ADMs have paid for one of the nicest stretches of beach on the Severn River.

    So, if you 'switch this switch', are you still able to run regular gas? I'm in MD and E85 doesn't seem to be an option except in a few places near me. This sounds intriguing but I wouldn't want to be completely dependent on E85. Thank you!
