Has anyone mounted the Whelen Vertex inside the third brake light housing? I'm thinking I don't use the OEM cargo lights and that would be a good spot for the Vertex's to be installed.

I've used electrical tape on my latches for a year and a half. I tried adjusting the latches every which way, I could never get rid of the rattle. The tape is good for 3 to 4 months before it needs replacing. The 1" Gorilla tape lasts a bit longer.

If that is the case, why does Ford state that the 6.2 makes 10HP more on 91 than it does on 87 octane? I could care less about the negligible cost increase running 91 octane and the +10 HP, all I know is that my Raptor would occasionally ping on 87 during the first 6 months I owned it. I've...

I run 91 octane and notice a small increase in milage and performance over 87. On a recent out of state trip I ran several tankfulls of ethanol free 93 octane and WOW, big difference over the 91 octane with ethanol here at home. I buy gas anywhere, seems to run the same on any brand.

I only run super in the Raptor, it seems to run better and in the grand scheme of things it's not that much more. I'm not sure if all super is ethanol free, but most the of the pumps I filled at stated the super didn't have ethanol.

It wasn't the overall prices I was commenting on, it was the price discrepancy between the three grades of gas. I've driven through all the contiguous states now (N Dakota being the last) and I've never seen gas priced like that. Has anyone else seen gas priced like this in another state?
