I've had mine almost the same amount of time. It's the only vehicle I've ever owned that I still LOVE after more 2 years of ownership. I've never been able to say that before. Mine is a 2010 6.2 that I bought as a CPO with 17k on it. It has 94k on it now.

I've been running the Toyo 37's on stock fenders for about two weeks now without issue. I've not had the chance to jump it, but it has been stuffed and nothing seems to rub. I managed to keep the liners in and keep them sort of okay looking. You pretty much have to stick your head into the...
Installed 37" tires- speedo correct now?
I'll report on the milage after I put some addition miles on it. I may go to a tune, or just regear depending on how well I can deal with the power loss.

If my gearing is...
These tires are on sale at 4 Wheel Parts for $335 right now.
Fwiw, the old 35" Toyo mt's had 46K on them and were between 8 and 10/32".

Thanks to the op for the info. I just hammered the pinch welds and cut the fenders and flares. I'll be putting Toyo RT 37X12.5 tires on the truck soon, and with my 0 offset Methods, it looks like I will have plenty of room.
Mine was doing that, especially the jolt stopping.
I took it to the dealer thinking it was minor, but the fourth gear clutch was toast and Ford replaced the trans with a remanufactured unit.
I had the extended warranty, so financially I lucked out...
