Scuffed it with high grit paper and hit it with some alcohol. Texture is a bit rougher but I didn't wet sand or clear coat. Shifter is holding up good- I might hit the over pieces again and possibly clear- metal cans can and stuff can chip it.
You bet- you'll know me by the hi lift jack for sale post on HARO. hit me up
This video was a big help in getting the shifter apart. Once you have it out of the truck, it's pretty straight-forward to take apart. (being careful with clips and prying and whatnot). Toughest part is unclipping...
The chrome looks ok (to each his own), but my biggest complaint inside the cabin is glare. Always seems to hit when I'm on a straight road at noon for hours. No more putting a hat on the shifter.

Bumper ends sold (hitch, plastic, tow hooks still available)
Want awesome flush mount LEDs in your bumper, but don't want to hack into it? Buy this one with holes already cut for the rigid flush mounts, and store away your stocker.. or use it as an art piece or coffee table.
Comes ready to...
Color-matched the rear emblem- of course the tabs broke, but I black silicone adhesive the heck out of it, and seems to be holding up real well.

Subdued ford decal from rappygraphics.
