    BAK makes some bed rails integrated with their tonneau cover. The rack is rated 500 lbs + the rating on the cover, which i think is like 400 or so. It does stick out to the roofline, but it is another option. If you need exact price, shoot a PM.

    Have you looked at Bulldog Lighting's stuff? They are going to release their 50" curved bar by the end of this month, and it puts out 24,000 lumens/ draws 300W. Bulldog is what we run on our trucks. More pictures/order here there is also a CVR mount that look pretty cool on one of the pictures...
