Hockster has the right idea. The joint is pretty robust.... It'll be alright and have no problems getting to the event. But I would fix it before I start goin balls to the walls. If all else fails, a new set will run you probably less than 50 bucks.
We can get get wheels and tires for you mounted and balanced, ready to go. But the shipping is going to kill you. You're better off getting the wheels and tires, then finding a local shop to do it for like $100-$150, rather than having them shipped for $200-$300.

Me neither. When you place stress on the bolts, significantly more stress is going to fall on the side that is higher up, than the one that is lower. If you take a gnarly jump and put a lot of force on that joint, things have a better chance of getting ugly.
The U-bolts should be taking the...

I'm sure you are riding at proper air pressure, have your truck in proper alignment, and as you said, get the tires rotated.
Find out the tread-life warranty on your tire, and if you feel as though the tires will not make it to that mark before they become unsafe, then yeah, contact Falken and...
I'd would start talking to these people face-to-face. It's a lot easier to mess with folks over the phone because you cant see their facial expressions or anything. Plus I feel as though when you personally confront someone, you get more direct results. But you have to do it in a professional...
For a light bar, I would personally go with Bulldog Lighting. I believe they put out a product that is marginally better than Rigid, and a hell of a lot cheaper. Plus they are 100% US made and have a
