If you need to reschedule for any reason then do so outside of 30 days, they will NOT let you reschedule inside of the 30 day window. Its use or loose at that point! I learned the hard way...
Ray bones, after reading your post this morning I did a bit of research here and all posts seemed to point towards a sync "master reset", also pulled the 10AMP micro fuse in the passenger side footwell for 20 min. Did the trick, connecting like a teenager on social media!
I had the same issue with my 2020. They managed to recreate the issue while shaking of the rear camera connectors. They have ordered a replacement as well as a replacement camera. Installing next week. As is happens the issue hasn't happened in the last three weeks!
Dealer ship going to replace rear camera and wiring harness c4360. They said they issue happened when wiggling the connector.... We shall see how this goes. Parts 2 weeks out.
thanks for your reply, had the rainbow screen today, did a master reset on the head unit and resolved it! I wonder if it will last ! Ill update in a couple of days...
