Your lucky. I've been told straight from a IL state trooper he no longer writes tickets for less then what the gun says. Someone took him to court and got a ticket thrown out because he put a lower number then what was on the gun. All it takes is one asshole.

Go get some Goo Gone from walmart or an auto store. Spray it on, wait 5-10min you should be able to spray or wipe it off very easily. The goo gone will almost melt the dip. I had my rims dipped and sprayed them with goo gone then went to a self car wash and it came off easy
