If you still have the stock wheels and tires install them and retest.
You may not have enough negative camber and the truck is following the crown of the road. (Wrong specs. On there fancy rack)
Or you got a tire that pushes (very rare)
I put collars on and have no issues with pulling.

Pump rpm will affect steering feel. Ie in a parking lot the wheel is heavy due to low rpm and the drag of the tires on the ground, but driving speed and higher rpm the wheel will be lighter.
Also if 4h,4a are engaged the wheel will be heavy.
And lastly steering mode,comfort, normal and sport...
Its because of the rear ac vents, just transfers a little cooling as it goes.
If you don't have them then I would think the "feature " would be disabled lol
