Makes sense that it would come up as you get some miles on the truck. I would bet it will stay consistent now that thing are loosening up some. Boosted motors will have more fuel in the oil(gas makes it's way past the intake valve in to the oil) then you have soot (exhaust gases getting past...
It should be fine.
when you air down the squat will be on the bottom.
If tire deflection is a concern try airing down a little bit and drive some twisty roads and check for signs of rubbing .
You can put something on the end of the uca (maybe a wax or something ) to measure the tire deflection.
I have
a pos tow strap
"60k" snatch rope
A few D rings
Tire patch kit
Tire pump
Small shovel
And a few other things for when the recovery doesn't go as planned lol
I get a lazy or slip intermittently when up shifts first thing in the morning or when the truck sits for a few hours during the day.
I use the trans temp gauge in the dash... I don't think it's really accurate until the it's hot or overheating.
I've been dealing with FOMOCO for repairs and now buyback.

But if this is your only issue with the truck call corporate and yell and scream and have your repair escalated
Good...
I have the magnaflow and it's fine. I get some drone at 80 but around town it's not an issue lol
I don't feel like it has the "honda" sound but it is a v6 and will never sound fantastic, but With that being said I do get compliments about how it sounds.
I would unplug that shock and see if the noise goes away it will throw a code but may aid in diagnostics.
Also what ever Is humming will be vibrating so get get touchy feely with it lol
