Take it to a local speedometer repair place (find the one the cops use) they can test the truck on a treadmill and verify mph discrepancies

Look at the back of the turbo and make sure it actually connects lol Also should there be a clamp on that cross over? Looks like a slip joint

Aftermarket intake can cause the pcv code. Also if you have a clogged catch can Or a leak. That sensor if stupid sensitive. Reset code ,see if code comes back. If it does ,replace factory hose in place of the catch can retest. If it continues to come back the sensor could be bad

Low voltage will cause electronics to do some weird stuff. 10mm disconnect negative battery terminal.

Wow like everyone said you need a nut on that cable. I would take it back and talk to the service department manager and the GM and have it checked by a "master tech" for other loose connections.
