I haven't seen a need to drill a hole. I've got about 9k on the truck and have looked inside the intercooler and had no oil or water inside

When I did my vta I used the connection at the intake (where the ebov tube went) to connect my catch can, I didn't want to drill extra holes.

Honestly I wouldn't worry about that little dent. As time goes by you will want to change it out with a aftermarket bumper. But if you want to keep the stock rear bumper look on Ebay/ craigslist rear bumpers can be had for relatively cheap.

From what I understand the stock unit (with a high flow filter)is adequate for a tuned truck. But the " super raptor " is the loudest..... and it sure looks pretty too.

You could try a torch on the bit and melt the liner inside of the bolt. May have to step up to the final size though
