They couldn’t get the AC to mess up. I have been using the auto function and it hasn’t had any issues in a long time. I was hopeful that they could make it stop blowing but they weren’t able to. So long story short they didn’t find any issues.
I don’t agree at all with the truck being slower. Honestly my 37pp feels quicker than my Cobb tuned gen 2 did. My opinion and I don’t have any test results to prove that but for the driving feel I just think it feels quicker personally.
That does seem nice. I’ve used a gun magnet on the center console down next to my leg for years. Everything from a Glock 43 to a 2011 and have never had a gun come loose on the road and off road. My only concern with the setup above would be hitting my leg. Hard to tell without trying it out.
I had the ADD front and rear on my gen 2 and now I have them on my gen 3. I feel ADD is doing a bit of price gouging on the new ones, but it is what it is. They make great fitting bumpers with nice designs. I am in construction and have a very deep understanding of material costs and it hasn't...
Sorry to wear out your thread. But if you wanted to go roof you can. I have a Yakima roof rack that I used on my gen 2 for years. Works great. Biggest issue I had was getting a kayak up there. I have a 14ft Hobie pro angler so it’s super heavy. With a buddy it’s very easy though. I’ve done it on...
They make a specific Yakima bed rack for the diamondback covers. No experience with it but worth mentioning.

I have the Yakima outpost HD. Not ideal for large kayaks but would work for shorter ones. I mainly use it for the cargo basket for camping gear and coolers and mount my awning for tailgating and hunting trips. This is below the cab. The overhaul extends above the roof for longer boats. I wanted...
I've been considering a bedslide for mine. How many inches from the bottom of the bed to the platform itself does the slide take up? I ask because I have dog boxes and a bed rack so not a ton of head room. Thanks!
I can imagine that for sure. I recently just started using the auto function instead of just the fan speed. I haven't had any issue for 5 days with the auto function. Not sure if its just a fluke or if I was too stupid to work the AC. I am still taking it to be checked and can let you know.
I had a 2018 and a 2020. The 2019-2020 is the way to go in my opinion. I always felt it rode a lot better with the new shocks. As far as reliability is concerned I never had a single issue with either of them. I sold the 2018 with 55k miles and the 20 with 31k miles.
The 21 will most likely have several options that the 22 does not. Illuminated seals and cupholders, digital AC knobs. Not sure if any of that adds value for you but just a point to make. Either one will be a good pick. You will love the gen 3.
Not sure if this belongs in the lighting section or the general. Either way I am wondering if anyone has a solution to label their upfitter switches. On my 2020 the switches were flat and I was able to print small labels for each switch. On the gen 3 the switches are textured and I doubt a...
My 2021 is going to the dealer on the 11th for the same issue. Randomly happens and fixes itself after shutting the truck off. Pretty annoying in TN when it’s 98 outside
I have a yakima roof rack that works well with raptors. You can use a basket or a cargo box for dry storage. The roof rack is cheaper than the bed rack if I am not mistaken. I used it a lot of my gen 2 but haven't tried it on my gen 3. I think it takes different clips but that is easy to find at...
Thanks I appreciate it! I will try to take some this weekend. I have since changed the wheels and ordered ADD front and rear bumpers that should be here next week.
The crates do take up a lot of the bed for sure. I use a yakima rack with a basket to hold coolers and luggage if need be. This setup wouldn't work for all occasions but it works excellent for me. The kennels are made in Nashville and are made very similar to a Yeti cooler. I cant suggest them...
