Any resolution to your issues once they replaced the APIM? Mine experienced similar issues (except the staying on issue), and the dealer confirmed malfunctioned APIM. They ordered new APIM, but it's on backorder.

Congrats on the Raptor. 1. I'm not a big fan of the decals (and orange inserts) and actually looked for one without them. 2. Lots of mods and tunes are available. I'm staying with mostly stock for now. 3. Have no experience with undercarriage rhino.

Is the noise when shifting, and may be related to tranny or diff oil leakage. In any case, I wouldn't drive it anywhere except to the nearest dealer.
