You can load/unload with 1 man with manual or electric lifts/jacks. Prices seem to widely range. I see decent ones for $15k, nice ones with slide outs for $25+k and occasionally a nice one for $10k. I just bought mine from the local dealer '13 w 13k for this price without the add-ons. Decent deal here for sure! GLWS
