    I spoke with a dealer today who seems to be in the know, and he suggests that the Raptor will be launched as a 2022 model with the HO ecoboost V6, but the supercharged V8 should be announced in 2022 as a 2023 model.

    I'd imagine that it'll all depend on what engine they put on the Raptor. If it's the 3.5L PowerBoost, it's likely that the 7.2kw generator will be available. If it's the hoped-for V8, I can still see the 2kw generator. I'd jump at the v8 with a 2kw generator -- it would make things like...

    Thanks for the opinions, guys. Right now I'm doing my best to educate myself about the different options out there. As of right now, the Raptor definitely seems to be an outstanding option. I just wish we knew for certain when the Gen 3 was going to hit and what new goodies it would bring...
