    I'd say no more than 100lbs, if that. You do have to trim the frame, but there is a supplied template with the bumper, and we documented the install on this one , so we will have a writeup thread.

    You have to trim your frame slightly, we will have a thread up next week that shows the process. 1399, which includes powdercoating and tabs for lights. It will fit a 30" led bar, or 6 Whelens. I will say though this bumper was designed for Whelens and 6 of these lights are 23000 lumens.

    Mock it up in the bed, you'll spend days modeling it, then you will still need to mock it up in the bed. As long as you use 1/8th wall square, 1.25'' will be plenty strong. gusset any spot that will see lateral stresses. good luck!! Don't give up, you'll have sevaral days in this. also...

    Do you offroad? Any little knick or scratch, you will see white, but still well worth it! I love that you linex'd your flares.

    Now we just need to get you setup with some WSI products and you'll be all set! Whelen LEDs and WSI hood mounts to start, and we also have our lower grille bracket that fits 4 micropioneers, then you'll be really tough.
