    They changed axles and pinion bearing in 2012. Previous owner might have sheared axles (common on 2010 bad batch of heat treatment) and upgraded to later model axle which would have been a direct bolt on with upgraded bearing and axles. -Greg (aka Squatting Dog)

    The issue with stronger spring is in order to install it you have to destroy the rubber diaphragm.. The glue they use is damn good.. Second I believe the max manifold vacuum at closed throttle is 18-22 inches of mercury at sea level. We are right at the limit as far as vacuum.. So we would need...

    Icecobra don't you live in California? How often do you actually use 4wd? How often are you axle deep in snow or mud using 4wd? My experience is those with a 2012 and up and NOT having issues with CV boots, axles, or IWE do not use 4wd or push their 4wd. You are the exception to the rule...

    The locking teeth are at the beginning stages of being rounded and flimsy spring can not hold the ring in place. Once they get severely worn it will sledgehammer on a flat surface. -Greg (aka Squatting Dog)
