Guess I should have mentioned that we originally owned two 2013s that we put 86k and 54k on, and currently have a 2020 with 42k on and a recently purchased 2023 with 1.2k. I managed to get over the "gotta have a V8" and enjoy these trucks for what they are: awesome!
Been daily driving ours since 2013. Had a 73 mach1 that I treated as a garage queen. Turned me into a complete azzhole. Decided after that I'll put a picture on the wall if that's how I'm gonna be. Yeah, it's a raptor, but we daily drive both of ours like trucks. Not garaged, driven year round...
Had the front side windows tinted to match the rears. Gave it a decent bath, which may not seem like a big deal, but it was -5⁰ this morning and I don't have a heated garage to keep it warm and dry. Hopefully I can get back in it later on, lol. Color is poppin today in the sun.
The second time it happened i switched back to get it to work right again. I was hoping an over the air update would fix this along with the other problems some people have had with the loud static/squeal noise that randomly happens. Seems like a software issue.
Our 2023 has done this a couple times with the sound only coming from the center dash speaker. Switched it from surround to stereo and then everything was fine. Nothing else changed. Hasn't done it for about 3 weeks now.
The snoball took place this weekend in th U.P. of Michigan. They're probably headed home today. Look up great lakes raptor excursions or YouTube it. Happens right in my back yard. Looks like they have a lot of fun. Spots are limited and usually sells out in minutes.
Papers on back glass are...
If your order hasn't even been picked up yet, I'd definitely buy the black one today. Order may never be picked up. Not to mention chip hold, transport issues and other unknowns. I read too many threads on here about people waiting still for orders, some more than a year. If the dealership you...
Yup. Lay on your back under where they're at under the bumper and you'll see a Philips head adjustment screw. Clockwise raises the beam. You may need a light to see the screw as it's a ways up in there..
The inside pair of fog lights come with black covers. Outer pair have no covers. Both pair were way out of adjustment too. Pointed down low. Ours is a 23.

This is where I bought them. Found a link on the forum here under gen 3 lighting. I'll post a picture of them on soon.
I think when you go for many years with no claims, especially with the same company, they start to look at you as a higher risk just due to the odds. Jack up your premium, you change companies and they win. Just my $.02
I'm considering doing the retrofit, but I'm gonna wait until it's been done by someone here so I know exactly what I'm in for. Not too excited about spending the money for it, (principle), or tearing into a brand new truck.
Installed bedliner and tonneau cover. Adjusted tire pressure, removed the plastic thingies that were below the fog lights on the front bumper and adjusted both sets of fog lights. Oh, and ordered some amber covers for one pair of fog lights from specialty performance parts. Sorry about crappy...
When I picked up our new truck last week they had me sign a document stating that the truck is missing the heated steering wheel,it's not a mistake on Ford's end and there will be no retrofit. At least general motors is retrofitting later on. When you spend this much money on a truck it should...
Took delivery of our truck today. Traded the 2013 in, taking it in the shorts financially. Market is softening here. Hope you all get your trucks soon. Happy to have it home
